There are over 100 Swift Collectors across the region. Some are at bus shelters and bus stations, and others are incorporated into the Birmingham City Centre way finding totems.
To use, simply hold your card to the reader, or rest it in the metal slot and follow the on-screen instructions. The Collector will read your card and load anything you've bought online. (Top-ups can take up to 15 minutes to become available for collection).
